Good choice for beer with a "beer shrine"pay-as-you-pour self serve which is always nice--if you don't mind paying 35 cents for a taste. I had a NE IPA and a brown-- both were certainly drinkable.
My wife and I ordered lunch which was slow to come out this Monday--we are traveling but it might not be good for workers trying to get a quick bite and return to the workplace.
The facility is cool--the old train station--with dark paneling and good atmosphere.
So, if you don't like a lot of human contact, this is a good place for you (and me). -

This is such a cool concept. I have been to several self-serve wine bars, but never a beer one. You get a little card when you check in which tracks how much beer you pour yourself. At the end, you bring your card to the register and pay by the one. Any food (or carryout beer) you order is also put on your card.
The front and rear patios are dog-friendly too.
Food is excellent and very gastropubby. -

Man, it pains me to write that I can no longer recommend ABC to my family and friends. If you want self-serve beer, then this is the place. But outside of that, I have had multiple and consistent service issues here. Accomplice was AMAZING their first year. It was easy, quick, staff was friendly and engaging. Then after like five different ways to order food, like handing you an awkward gigantic stop sign, things just keep getting worse.
Today, we waited for about 20 minutes for anyone to even come and say "Hi" to us on the back patio. When someone did, they didn't greet us, they immediately went into a, "So, sorry for the wait. What do you want. We're short staffed." Ummm - hello and thanks? I have heard that same sentence SSSOO many times in my last visits. "Short staffed". You don't have a staffing problem ABC. You have a leadership problem. The turnover there is crazy. So many nice and friendly people that I never see again. The staff seems stressed and hectic. It's not their fault for whomever their current boss happens to be. Simply put -- they do not want to work for you. That's why you have "staffing" problems.
When our food FINALLY came out 20 minutes later -- it was wrong. The guy initially went to the wrong table, then he found us, then we discovered our order was incorrect. No apologies like, "So sorry, we'll get that fixed." Just "OK." And he walked away. We waited ANOTHER 20 minutes, and when our food never came out, we left. We ordered the fried pickles. They were over cooked and looked strange (see photo, does that even remotely look like a fried pickle or even appetizing?). To me, it looked like whoever made it just didn't care.
There are some great people that work there. I feel bad for them. They try hard and have to take the brunt when negative feedback comes in like we had to do today. Their leadership is disconnected from their staff and it's soooo obvious. Sadly, I won't be back until I know that whomever is currently running ABC is gone and replaced with a competent leader who knows how to take care of their staff and customers. -

How neat is this? If the glass is empty it's your own fault. You get a card it tracks what you drink as you walk up to the tap and fill it yourself. This also gives you the ability to try a great variety or stay with what you like. The food was also good, we only had the pizza but were not let down. Nice atmosphere and a good staff to help you when it is your first visit. I wish we had one of these in Houston.

The Pilsner was good. The Cowboy Pepperoni Pizza has San Mariano Sauce (which had a nice heat to it) chili, mozzarella, double pepperoni, Parmesan and Romano cheese. The crust is thin enough to leave room for your beers. I really liked the flavorful sauce.
